Our office hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Our team is here seven days a week to help with rentals, payments, storage options, and any questions you may have. We look forward to helping you with your storage needs.

Getting started is easy! You can reserve a storage unit or vehicle parking space through our website, complete your rental over the phone with our team, or stop by our office for in-person assistance. We're happy to answer your questions and help you find a space that works for you.

Yes! We are proud to offer discounted pricing for police officers, veterans, active-duty military personnel, seniors, and students at move-in. We appreciate the people who serve our community and country. Contact our office or stop by to learn more about available discounts and eligibility.

We want you to know what to expect, so we're upfront about our rental fees. A one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $29 will be added to your rental during checkout. If you have questions about your total move-in costs, our team is happy to help.

Yes! We have moving carts and dollies available to help make moving your belongings into storage easier. They can be especially useful when transporting boxes and other items between your vehicle and storage area. Ask our team about availability when you arrive or call ahead to reserve one in advance.

Yes! Moving trucks can enter the parking lot to assist with loading and unloading.

We currently do not have moving trucks available for rent onsite, but you're welcome to bring a rental truck or other moving vehicle to the property.

Storage Types and Features

Yes, we offer air-conditioned storage for belongings that may benefit from a more temperature-controlled environment. This can be a helpful option for items that are sensitive to temperature changes. If you need help choosing the right type of storage, our team can explain the available options and check current availability.

We offer uncovered outdoor parking for cars, RVs, motorhomes, fifth-wheel trailers, campers, boats, and cars in running condition. It's a convenient option for extra vehicles or recreational vehicles that you don't have room to keep at home. Our team can help you find an available parking space that fits your vehicle. Since these spaces are uncovered, vehicles are exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

We offer outdoor parking spaces in 10 feet by 26 feet, 10 feet by 34 feet, and 10 feet by 40 feet. Choosing the right space depends on your vehicle's dimensions and how much room is needed to park it comfortably. Security and Access

Our access hours for air-cooled self storage units are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM during regular business hours, when our team is also available to assist you.

Our facility offers gate access for parking storage seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you the flexibility to visit your stored vehicle throughout the week during convenient extended hours.

Access to climate-controlled storage units is available during regular office hours.

We know how important the safety of your belongings and vehicles are and we take facility security seriously.

Our property features 24/7 video surveillance and recording, electronic gate access, keypad entry, and a fenced and gated perimeter.

We also have an onsite manager available during office hours, sturdy storage unit doors, and lighting from dusk until dawn.

Disc locks are available for purchase at our office to help secure your storage unit. These features help us maintain a well-lit and monitored environment for our customers.

Yes! Our property is fenced and gated, with electronic gate access and keypad entry. We also have 24/7 video surveillance and an onsite manager. These features help us maintain a monitored storage environment and provide added peace of mind while your belongings or vehicle are stored with us.

Yes! Customers renting RV and vehicle parking spaces will receive a unique gate access code from a manager when they visit the office. Your code allows you to enter the facility during access hours.

Our facility is secure with electronic gate access and 24/7 video recording, however when it comes to your belongings, we'd rather be safe than sorry. That's why qualifying insurance coverage or an approved protection plan is required for your stored belongings and vehicles.

You are welcome to purchase a protection plan through us upon move in or use your own qualifying insurance.

RV, Boat, and Vehicle Storage

We offer outdoor parking for a variety of vehicles, including RVs, motorhomes, fifth-wheel trailers, campers, boats, and cars in running condition. If you're running out of room at home or need a place to keep your recreational vehicle between trips, we're happy to help you explore our available parking spaces and find one that fits your needs.

To rent a vehicle parking space, you'll need a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, along with current qualifying vehicle documentation, such as proof of insurance, proof of ownership, a vehicle title, vehicle registration, or a purchase agreement. If you have questions about the required paperwork, give us a call!

A little preparation can go a long way in keeping your RV or boat clean and ready for your next trip. Before storing your vehicle, we recommend giving it a thorough cleaning and removing food or strongly scented items that could attract pests or cause unwanted odors. You may also want to use a suitable cover to help protect your vehicle from outdoor weather. Wheel chocks can help prevent unwanted movement while parked. For the best results, follow the manufacturer's recommendations for preparing your vehicle for storage.

Our facility is designed for vehicle storage rather than maintenance or repair work. To help keep the property clean and accessible for everyone, vehicle maintenance and repairs need to be completed offsite. We recommend taking care of any necessary servicing before bringing your vehicle to the facility.

Payments and Billing

We offer several convenient ways to pay your storage bill. You can make a payment online through our website, pay in person with our onsite manager during office hours, or leave your payment in the designated drop box inside the office during office hours. If you need help with your payment, our team will be happy to assist.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Online payments and automatic payments are also available to make managing your storage rental more convenient. Contact our office if you have questions about your payment options.

Yes! Autopay is a convenient way to manage your monthly storage payments without having to remember to submit each payment manually.
